ChronergyX supplies Cryosuccess® devices, tips, and consumables to trained practitioners. Prices are in ZAR and usually include VAT. Orders ship after payment clears via our couriers in South Africa. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s). Use is professional only and not for self-treating suspicious lesions. South African law applies. Support: support@chronergyx.com
Warranty
1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, consumables, and misuse are excluded. For service, email support@chronergyx.com with proof of purchase.
Privacy Policy
We process personal info under POPIA. We collect contact/delivery details, order info and payment confirmation (processed by our payment partner), plus basic analytics/cookies. We use this to fulfil orders, provide support and comply with law. We share data only with service providers (host, payment, courier, email) under contract. Refunds & Returns

Consumables (cartridges, tips, caps, O-rings): return within 14 days if unopened/unused in original packaging.

Devices/kits: return within 14 days for inspection if unused and resaleable. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair/replace or refund.

Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

Non-returnable: opened consumables, used devices, and user damage.
